Eligibility for Services

You acknowledge and warrant that:

• Your access to Order Up services will not be suspended or prohibited at any time.
• You are not a competitor of Order Up and do not offer any products that compete with its services.
• You have full authority to enter into this contract, are not violating any law or agreement, and have no prior criminal record, warrant, or claim against you.

Commitments and Warranties

You acknowledge and warrant that you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the specified jurisdictions.
• Provide accurate and truthful information to Order Up and keep it updated regularly.
• Use the service or app only for lawful purposes and not to receive illegal or fraudulent items.
• Not use the services or app to cause harm or annoyance to anyone.
• Agree to the exchange of information between companies on the app regarding transactions conducted and evaluations made about you.
• Not interfere with the normal operation of the Order Up app.
• Not attempt to harm the services or app in any way.
• Not reproduce or distribute the app or any other content without written permission from Order Up.
• Keep your account password or any credentials provided to you secure and confidential.
• Provide us with all identity verification documents at our discretion.
• Order Up reserves the right to refuse service or app access without providing reasons.

License Scope

Under this agreement, Order Up grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use our service, provided that you:

• Do not provide, rent, lease, assign, resell, distribute, or sublicense the services to any third party.
• Do not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code or internal design of the Order Up app, or extract media files, data, or information from Order Up or its third-party service providers.
• Do not remove, alter, or modify any copyright or legal notices included in the services.
• Do not intentionally distribute, transmit, or make the service downloadable for any purpose other than those specified herein.
• As part of Order Up’s delivery policy, users and agents are prohibited from delivering or handling the following categories of products or items, and you must allow the driver or representative to inspect any shipment for compliance.

Examples of Prohibited Items

Alcoholic Beverages

Spirits, wine, champagne, beer, and similar drinks.

Prohibited Animals and Species

Animal parts, blood, or other fluids, prohibited seeds, plants, or organic materials at risk of extinction or whose trade is banned by law.

Pornographic Materials

Pornography or content that could constitute child exploitation.

Copyrighted Materials

Illegal copies of books, music, movies, software, or games that infringe intellectual property rights.

Counterfeit and Illegal Goods

Counterfeit products, forged signatures, illegal currencies, or items violating trademark laws.

Devices Used to Circumvent Technical Protections

Chips or devices used to bypass security protections, including phone unlocking devices.

Drugs and Drug Equipment

Prohibited substances, illegal drugs, paraphernalia, and herbal products claiming unproven health benefits.

Gambling Items

Lottery tickets, sports betting, gambling memberships, and related content.

Hacking and Piracy Materials

Guides or tools that allow illegal access to systems, apps, or servers.

Human Organs

Human organs, body parts, fluids, stem cells, or embryos.

Illegal and Stolen Goods

Materials promoting illegal goods or enabling unlawful acts, smuggled items, or unregistered goods.

You and the customer bear full responsibility for verifying that all traded materials are legal and authorized.

Illegal Communication Equipment

Devices for intercepting satellite or cable signals and other unauthorized telecom tools.

Miracle Drugs

Unproven treatments or products marketed as quick health fixes.

Improper or Offensive Goods

Materials that:

• Defame or insult individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
• Defame any individual or group protected by law.
• Encourage violence or hatred.
• Promote terrorism or extremist ideologies.
• Violate moral and ethical standards.
• Criminal and Violent Content
• Items related to crimes or illegal acts.
• Precious Materials
• Bulk trading of rare or precious metals and stones.
• Fireworks and Hazardous Materials

Explosives, flammable materials, toxic substances, and related goods.

Restricted Goods

Items regulated by government or law enforcement, such as medical devices or pesticides.

Traffic Enforcement Devices

Radar jammers, license plate covers, and traffic signal changers.

Weapons

Firearms, ammunition, knives, silencers, or tear gas.

Currency Trading

Unauthorized currency sales or trading in precious-metal-backed currencies.

Delivery to Children

We reserve the right to refuse service to minors under 18 or deliveries near schools.

App Misuse

We strictly prohibit offensive language or abusive behavior toward our company, staff, or couriers. Any such behavior may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

Taxi Services

Transportation of individuals within the city.

Heavy and Oversized Items

Large or heavy objects exceeding 40 kilograms not suitable for small vehicles.

Violation of Delivery Policy:

Order Up reserves the right to take necessary action against any delivery policy violations, including denying service access.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the app and its related content belong to Order Up. You may not copy or reuse any trademarks or content without authorization.

Payment

Order Up reserves the right to impose new fees for using the app or its services. You will be notified before any new fees take effect.

You must pay for the services immediately upon delivery, either in cash or via approved electronic payment methods. You are solely responsible for unpaid service fees upon receipt.

Order Up reserves the right to block customers who fail to pay their due service charges. The account will only be reinstated once all outstanding payments are settled.
